Within my Chair statement i submitted a suggestion about the provision of individual name badges to identify the name and membership levels within the group to help build rapport and so everyone gets to know everyone else.
After about 5 years of membership I still only know a handful of people within the group and for new members and associates this can be quite daunting
Making new and local biking friends was one of the main reasons for me joining the group originally.
My suggestion is for different colour badges denoting :-
Associate
Member
Committee
together with their name and length of membership within the group.
