At the monthly club meets on a Sunday morning, most people gather to chat in the kitchen whilst making a brew.
I thought it might be better to move the tea making facilities into the main hall to allow more people to participate without having to squash into a small room.
To aid this thought it might also be advantageous to have a volunteer/ volunteers to act as catering staff to assist with the provision of drinks and possibly snacks.
