We are holding the Xmas meal at Oak Barn Restaurant near Burgess Hill, Sunday 3^rd December. Food and service has always been excellent and the 3 course meal is £43.95. We cannot confirm the booking until a non refundable deposit is paid, and they are booking up quickly as a very popular venue.

If you would like to come please reply to me (email address below) confirming you would like a place and if you are bringing a plus 1 and what your meal selection is ( see link below for menu information )…… Please be clear when doing this.  Then transfer WSAM £43.95 into the following account, with a reference of your surname and ‘Xmas Meal’. This is really important to help us see who has paid. If you cancel before the day there is a £10.00 non-refundable deposit.

I need to know numbers this week so the club can pay the deposit, so I need responses as soon as possible please. Only those who have paid will be booked a place. If you have a cash flow issue, ie need to wait till pay day, then let me know and we can work something out.
